RETURNS POLICY
We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if you are not happy with your purchase return it to us in its original condition and with the original packaging within 10 days from date of our Sales Invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
During specified promotion periods we sometimes offer free shipping. In the event that merchandise purchased from us during these periods is returned to us for a reason which cannot be attributed to ourselves we will, prior to the issue or authorisation of a refund, deduct from the amount we received in respect of the purchase, the original packing and shipping costs incurred by ourselves relative to despatching the item to the Customer.
To return an item, please use our returns form. Please pack the item securely and enclose the completed form.
For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. If the return is due to an error we have made we will refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below.
If the item is delivered to you either faulty or damaged please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and with the original packaging.
Post the securely packaged goods back to us straight away using a recorded delivery service. Unless the goods are faulty or have been delivered to you in error we will not accept any liability in respect of your costs relative to returning the goods to us.
Upon receipt of the returned items we will reimburse you for the price you paid for those goods.

SHIPMENT/DELIVERY
In an effort to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and due to the continued unreliability of the services of Royal Mail and Parcel Force, we have formed a partnership with the ANC Group of delivery services (part of the Internationally renowned FedEx group) for the despatch all items for delivery within the U.K. Our specially negotiated contract permits us to deliver to our customers for Free.
ANC offers a next working day delivery service within the U.K. and orders are despatched, subject to availability, the next working day after we are in receipt of cleared funds in respect of payment for the items purchased. On the day we request ANC to collect the items from ourselves will advise our customer, by email, of the ANC Tracking number allocated to the delivery.
